No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our wholesale packaging products, Dreamwalk Packaging operates under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are considered final once an order is placed and confirmed. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Order Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct product type, quantity, and specifications are selected before placing an order. Dreamwalk Packaging is not liable for orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a shipment with significant damage caused during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@dreamwalkpackaging.com with photos of the damaged goods. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not constitute a general refund policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for fulfillment. Once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
